Questions
Do I keep the rights to my book?
Yes. The book is published in your own Amazon account, under your name. You own the files we make for you and can use them anywhere.
Who gets the royalties?
You do, all of them. Amazon pays you directly. We never take a cut.
Will my book sell?
We cannot promise sales and we never will. We make your book look professional and help you set up a good Amazon page. Sales depend on your book and how you share it.
Do I need to talk to anyone on the phone?
No. Everything happens by email and a short online form. If you have a question, write to us and you get a written answer.
What kind of books do you publish?
Books that are mostly text. Memoirs, family histories, faith books, novels, essays and poetry. We are not taking picture books, cookbooks or photo books yet.
Do you edit my writing?
The Publish package does not change your words. Publish and Polish adds a proofread for spelling, punctuation and consistency, and you get a list of every change.
Do you use AI?
We use software, including AI tools, to work faster, and a person checks every page and every cover. If any image on your cover is made with AI, we tell you, so you can answer Amazon’s question about it honestly.
Who uploads the book to Amazon?
You do, in your own free account. We never ask for your password. Our guide shows every screen with your book’s details already filled in.
Can I get printed copies?
Yes. Once your book is live you can order author copies from Amazon at their print cost, often a few dollars each.
What if I am not happy?
Tell us before you publish and we refund you in full.
